PullUp

Terms of Service

Last updated September 10, 2026

Draft for review. Plain-language terms that match how the app works today. Have them reviewed before a wide public launch.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who can use PullUp

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. One person, one account, and the details you give us should be true.

The house rules

Your content

You own what you post. By posting it you give PullUp permission to store it and show it to other users so the app can work. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. Only post photos you have the right to share.

Meets are organised by users, not by us

PullUp shows meets that members create. We don't organise, supervise or vouch for any meet, location or person. You attend at your own risk and are responsible for following the law and the rules of the place you're at.

Reporting and moderation

You can report users, posts, messages and meets from inside the app. We may review reported content and remove anything, or suspend any account, that breaks these rules — sometimes without warning when safety is at stake.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time from Edit profile, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

PullUp is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that information posted by other users is correct. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using the app or attending a meet you found through it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Keep using PullUp after that and you're agreeing to the new version.
